salve, vorrei una mano, dovrei chiudere un km in meno di 3:55 e ho circa un mesetto di tempo, purtroppo ho avuto una fascite plantare che mi ha tenuto fermo fino ad oggi. ma comunque nel 2020 e 2021 feci due gare chiudendole in 3:30 circa, quindi le mie gambe possono farcela. accetto consigli per allenarmi al meglio, anche con potenza aerobica intensità crescente e tutto ciò che serve, grazie mille
